Emacs lisp files for inputmethod/anthy-unicode

Emacs lisp files for anthy-unicode, the maintained Unicode fork of anthy.
They install as anthy-unicode.el and friends and talk to
anthy-agent-unicode, so they do not collide with inputmethod/anthy-elisp
and both can be installed at once.
